Vacancy Points

Vacancy Points is the PPR points a teammate gains when a starter sits. The largest is RB1 out → RB at +2.31 a game. The striking part is the shape: vacated work goes to the SAME position and barely crosses, which is why a tight end is not the answer when a receiver sits.

Full PPR, week 4 of 2026, median across every scenario we generate. Published by role rather than by player, deliberately. The cascade is fitted per role, so every backup in the same slot collects the same constant — a per-player board came out spanning 1.08 to 2.73 points with 33 players tied on one value, which would imply a precision the number does not have. Expressed as a share of a player’s own baseline it separates far more, 1% to 268%, and the top of that board is a receiver going from 0.5 to 1.9 points — true, and no use to anybody setting a lineup. The scenario for one specific player is where this becomes actionable.
